REACH is made by Code Crafted Nexus LLC (160 Harris St, Grand Rivers, KY 42045). Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle, who is the seller of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase along with these terms. The software itself is licensed to you by Code Crafted Nexus LLC under the license agreement.
A REACH license key that activates REACH on two computers (Windows or macOS, in any mix), one to share its screen and one to help, after a free 7-day trial that starts the first time you open REACH on a computer. REACH can be installed and licensed on two computers only per license. The key does not expire. The price is $39.99, shown with any taxes before you pay. Prices may change for future customers; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
REACH has to be installed on both computers: the one being shared (the host) and the one helping (the helper). After the free 7-day trial, one license key covers both computers: you activate the same key on each. A license can be used on two computers only.
The license does not include the optional cloud services that some features use. To use them you bring your own accounts, and those services bill you directly (or are free):
REACH shows step-by-step instructions for both in Settings → Your own services. We do not refund charges made by Anthropic or Cloudflare.
REACH is digital. After your payment is confirmed, we email your license key and the download links to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@codecraftednexusllc.com with your order details and we will resend or reissue it. If you buy several licenses in one order, you get one key for each, and each key covers two computers.
Each key works on two computers at a time. To move it to a different computer, open REACH on the old one and choose Settings → License → Deactivate this computer, then activate on the new computer. If you can no longer open REACH on the old computer (for example, it has failed), email support and we will free the key.
If you lose your key, email us from the address you used to buy. We will issue a replacement; the old key then stops working.
Updates are free: your license covers all updates released for REACH, including the in-app update check. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, subject to those rights.
