License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you and Code Crafted Nexus LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using REACH you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use REACH.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use REACH. REACH must be installed on both the computer being shared and the computer helping. After a free 7-day trial that starts the first time you open REACH on a computer, a purchased license key is required on each computer that uses REACH, to share its screen or to help another computer. One license key may be activated on two computers only. The key does not expire and covers updates.

2. What you may not do

  • Use REACH to access a computer without its owner's knowledge and approval, or to deceive, defraud or harm anyone.
  • Copy, resell, rent or share your license key beyond the number of computers you bought.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with REACH or its license checks, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Remove or bypass REACH's safety features (approval prompts, indicators or the kill switch) or use REACH in a way that hides that a session is active.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for who you let connect to your computer and for what you do when you help someone else. Only approve people you trust. Only connect to computers whose owners ask for your help.

4. Optional services

Optional features can connect to services from other companies (Anthropic and Cloudflare) using accounts and keys that you supply. Their terms and charges apply to you. We are not responsible for those services.

5. Updates

REACH can check for and install updates. We may change features over time.

6. No warranty

REACH is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a connection can always be made.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or damage caused by someone you allowed to connect to your computer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for REACH. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending this agreement

You may stop using REACH at any time. We may end your license if you break this agreement; if we do, we may disable your key.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, subject to any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
