Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before downloading or using LensLogic, developed by Code Crafted Nexus, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
LensLogic is currently in beta testing. This EULA is active for all testing participants and will remain in effect upon public release.
LensLogic is an AI-powered product identification app for iOS and Android. Simply point your camera at any product, appliance, tool, or piece of equipment and LensLogic instantly identifies it and surfaces the right repair guides, installation instructions, assembly steps, and troubleshooting tips — no searching, no manual lookup required.
Whether you're a DIY enthusiast tackling a home repair, a technician working in the field, or someone assembling a new product for the first time, LensLogic puts the right instructions in your hands the moment you need them. Core features include:
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use LensLogic on any iOS or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by the applicable app store's Terms of Service.

The app, including all content, features, image recognition technology, algorithms, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is and remains the exclusive property of Code Crafted Nexus, LLC and its licensors. Repair, installation, and assembly instructions sourced through the app may be the property of their respective manufacturers or third-party data providers. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
LensLogic requires camera access to photograph products for identification. By using the app, you grant the Company a limited, temporary license to process images you submit solely for the purpose of product identification and instruction retrieval. Images are not retained on our servers after processing. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph any product, object, or environment before using the app's camera features.
Repair, installation, and assembly instructions provided by LensLogic are sourced from product databases and are provided for informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any instructions for your specific product or situation. Always consult your product's official documentation and follow all applicable safety guidelines. The Company is not responsible for any damage to property or personal injury arising from following instructions provided by the app.
LensLogic will be available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases will be processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective payment terms. The Company does not directly process or store any payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant store's refund policy.
The Company may from time to time provide updates, patches, or new versions of the app, including updates to the product recognition database and supported instruction content. Such updates may be required for continued use of the app. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not warrant that the app will correctly identify every product or that instructions retrieved will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. Product recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and product availability in our database.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODE CRAFTED NEXUS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from this EULA or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and may use third-party product databases to source repair and assembly content. Use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party data providers.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 3, 8, 9, and 12 shall survive termination.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kentucky.
This EULA is between you and Code Crafted Nexus, LLC only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the applicable app store's Terms of Service, the app store's Terms of Service shall govern. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
