Code Crafted Nexus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built LensLogic, an AI-powered app that lets users snap a photo of any product to instantly receive repair guides, installation instructions, assembly steps, and troubleshooting tips. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data.

• Camera & Photos: LensLogic's core feature requires camera access to photograph products. Photos are sent to our recognition service to identify the product and retrieve instructions. Images are used only for identification and are not retained after processing.
• Search & Lookup History: Products you've looked up are cached locally on your device for quick re-access. This history is not transmitted to our servers.
• Device Information: Device model and OS version for compatibility and diagnostics.
• No account creation is required for basic use of the app.

• To identify products from photos and return the correct repair or assembly instructions.
• To improve our product recognition model using anonymized image data (with your permission).
• To diagnose app crashes and improve performance.
• We do not sell your photos or usage data to third parties.

Photos taken within LensLogic are transmitted securely (via TLS) solely for product identification. Once a match is returned, the image is discarded from our servers. We do not build a database of user-submitted photos linked to any individual.

LensLogic is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Each platform's own privacy policy governs the distribution experience. We use third-party product databases to source repair and assembly content; no personal user data is shared with these sources.

LensLogic is intended for general audiences age 13 and older. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
