Code Crafted Nexus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates NexusFlow, a workforce management application for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Because NexusFlow is a workforce management platform, it processes certain employee and business information necessary to deliver its features:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and role provided during account creation.
• Employee Records: Job titles, departments, contact details, and documents uploaded by the account administrator.
• Schedule & Attendance Data: Shift assignments, clock-in/clock-out times, and hours worked.
• Location Data: If GPS clock-in is enabled by your administrator, approximate location is recorded at the time of clock-in only. Continuous background location tracking is never performed.
• Device Information: Device type and OS version for app compatibility purposes.

• To provide and maintain the NexusFlow service.
• To generate schedules, timesheets, and workforce reports for your organization.
• To send shift reminders and administrative notifications.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

NexusFlow may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and push notifications. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, each subject to their own privacy policies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Employees should contact their organization's NexusFlow administrator for record updates. For data deletion requests, contact us directly at the email below.

NexusFlow is intended for use by adults in a business setting. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify account administrators of material changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
