Code Crafted Nexus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built The Crafters Cashier to help craft business owners manage inventory, sales, and barcode labels. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how it is protected.

The Crafters Cashier is primarily a local data app. The following types of information are stored:

• Business Data: Product names, SKUs, prices, inventory quantities, and category information you enter. Stored locally on your device.
• Sales Records: Transaction history generated within the app. Stored locally on your device.
• Camera Access: Used only to scan barcodes. Images are processed on-device and never stored or transmitted.
• No Account Required: No login, name, email, or personal profile is collected by the app.

• All business and sales data stays on your device and is used solely to power the app's features.
• We do not transmit, sell, or share your inventory or sales records with anyone.
• Anonymous crash reports may be sent to Apple's developer analytics if enabled in your iOS settings.

The app requests camera access exclusively for barcode scanning. The camera feed is processed in real time on your device. No images are saved, uploaded, or shared at any time.

If you choose to export your data (e.g., CSV reports), the resulting files are saved to your device's local storage or a location you select. You are responsible for the security of any exported files.

The Crafters Cashier is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect usage data per their Privacy Policy. Amazon affiliate links within the app are subject to Amazon's own privacy policy.

This app is designed for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
